Pakistan: Non-profit Financial Management (FM1)

This 3-day course (with additional online learning) provides a step-by-step approach to really understand and improve financial management. After this course, you will be able to use finance as an effective management tool for better project delivery and impact. You will benefit from our patented training methodology and really understand what finance is all about. Participants of this course often feel empowered and enabled, resulting in better project management as well as setting your organisation on course towards being a sustainably financed organisation.

• The standard rate for the course is GBP £750, including tuition, training material, lunch and refreshments during the course.
• EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT: Booking and payments completed at least 1 month in advance are eligible for the early booking rate of GBP £635.
• BULK BOOKING DISCOUNT: For booking of 4 participants or more the rate is GBP £600 per person.
